DayMarko support
Let’s get you unstuck.
For help with your account or tracking history, email support@daymarko.com. DayMarko is currently in private testing.
My changes aren’t showing up
Open DayMarko while connected to the internet and stay signed into the account where you recorded the work. The updated app syncs saved changes automatically and checks for updates while it is open. Offline changes remain queued on that device until they can upload.
Check the sync status in Settings. If it reports a problem, use Retry and keep the app installed. If the problem continues, export a local backup before changing accounts or reinstalling. A demo or offline preview may behave differently from your personal signed-in account.
Email sign-in and password help
Use the same email address you registered with. If you have not confirmed it, choose Resend confirmation email on the sign-in screen. For password recovery, enter your email and choose Forgot password?. Open the newest email link on the iPhone where you requested it, and check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
The shared demo account is for exploring sample content. Use a personal account for your own records. In Account settings, Copy activities between accounts lets you export selected activities and import them after signing into your personal account.
Groupings and recorded time
A grouping uses one shared clock for the activities you select. Active time is divided evenly between those activities; pausing stops the shared clock. Finishing saves the time before you complete the individual reflections, so skipping a reflection does not erase your session.
Export or delete your account
Open Settings and choose Export local backup to save the data available on your device. To remove your account, choose Delete account and data and follow the confirmation steps. If deletion fails during testing, email us from your account address. See the privacy notice for details.
What to include when asking for help
Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, which screen you were using, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots can help, but remove private notes or other information you do not want to share. Never send your password, authentication tokens, or email sign-in links.
