Your history belongs to you.

DayMarko is a personal activity tracker currently in private testing. This notice explains how the app and this website handle information. Features available during testing can differ between builds.

Information you provide

Your account includes your email address, display name, and sign-in credentials managed by Supabase Auth. Your tracking records can include activity names and colors, goals, timer intervals, groupings, counts, elapsed-counter events, reflection questions and answers, notes, and preferences. Only enter information you want to keep in your account.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, save and synchronize your records, calculate progress, recover interrupted work, and provide reminders you enable. Synchronization also keeps operation identifiers and revision records so retries do not duplicate your work and conflicting changes can be reviewed. We do not sell your personal information or use your journal for advertising.

Storage and service providers

The app keeps an account-specific copy on your device so you can record work offline. Supabase provides account authentication and the database for synchronized data. Your records are associated with your account; the personal-tracking app does not publish them to other users. Authentication tokens are stored using the iOS Keychain.

This website is hosted with OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare for its domain and delivery configuration. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, and error logs, to operate and protect their services. Support messages are processed by the email services used to deliver and answer them.

Email sign-in is the current testing method. Sign in with Apple is planned and is not yet enabled in the release configuration. If it becomes available, this notice will be updated to describe the information received from Apple.

Reminders and permissions

Reminders are optional local notifications. You can turn them off in DayMarko or iOS Settings. Activity names are hidden from reminders by default unless you choose to include them. Normal tracking does not require access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photo library.

Keeping, exporting, and deleting your data

We keep account and tracking records while you use the service. Corrections and deleted tracking entries may retain revision evidence inside your private account so totals and sync decisions can be explained. Removing one entry is different from deleting your entire account.

Settings includes an Export local backup option for the data available on that device. Signing out does not delete your cloud account or its saved history. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Settings also includes Delete account and data. During private testing, if deletion is unavailable or returns an error, contact support@daymarko.com to request deletion. Completed account deletion removes the active account and associated personal records. Provider backups and operational logs may expire separately under their retention settings; copies you exported or saved to other devices are outside that cloud deletion.

Your choices and questions

You can edit your profile, manage reminders, export local data, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@daymarko.com. Do not send passwords or sign-in links. We may ask you to verify account ownership before responding to an account request.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the service or its data practices change and show the new date above. Before the App Store release, this notice will be checked against the final build and its service configuration.
